The Shire of Misty Highlands invites one and all to gather for The Hootenanny Strikes Back, a festive Region 1 Twelfth Night celebration filled with laughter, games, music, and good company! Join us on February 7, 2026, as we fill the halls of Battlers Knob with merriment worthy of Æthelmearc’s finest.
We return to the same spacious site used for Knights & Roundtables (May 2025), featuring a large dining hall, adjoining rooms, and a welcoming lobby area perfect for gathering with friends old and new. There’s plenty of parking and room to relax, share a meal, and enjoy the day.

The Shire of Misty Highlands welcomes one and all to gather for The Hootenanny Strikes Back, a joyful Region 1 Twelfth Night celebration filled with laughter, music, and fellowship. This year’s event will be graced by Their Royal Majesties and Their Royal Highnesses, and will include the Elevation of Cerridwen de Skene. Join us for a day of games, an all-day sideboard, and plenty of chances to share stories, songs, and good cheer. Whether you come to celebrate milestones, meet new friends, or simply enjoy the spirit of the Dream, this Hootenanny promises warmth and welcome for all who attend.
